Sirio Wire is proud to announce the successful start-up of an ultrasonic cleaning line for 54 stainless steel wires. This is the line with the major number of wires we produced so far.

The ultrasonic cleaning line is designed to remove completely sodium and Calcium soaps from drawn stainless steel wires with diameter 0,8mm to 6mm prior to the heat treatment that takes place is a furnace with tubes.

The line is constituted of a first mechanical pre-cleaning, followed by a double ultrasonic cleaning bath and three rinsing steps.

An efficient air wiping device allows the wire to be perfectly dry at the exit of the line.

The line is completely closed with covers in polypropylene with counterweight system for easy opening and is connected to an efficient exhaust system with drop trap.
